I chose this hotel for attending a symposium on sustainable vineyard practices. The hotel provided the perfect environment for learning about the development of healthy soil and a balanced ecosystem within the vineyard. The facilities were well-equipped and contributed to a productive and enjoyable experience.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a space specifically designed for business needs, such as printing and copying documents.

I absolutely loved the decoration of Dimora Botteghelle! It was so charming and lovely, just like a place I would have designed myself if I had a boutique hotel. The general areas were beautifully furnished and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff were always ready to assist and ensure that I had a comfortable stay.

I would have liked the children working there to provide more assistance in carrying our luggage up the steep stairs. It would have been helpful, especially considering that my husband and I are both in our seventies.

The check-in process was incredibly easy and detailed, providing us with all the necessary information. The suite on the second floor was beautifully styled and had a cozy and charming ambiance. The hotel had great security measures in place, making us feel safe during our stay. the location was perfect as it was close to the fancy old town and had excellent restaurants nearby.

The lack of a coffee machine and limited variety in shower amenities were minor inconveniences. However, given that coffee was readily available and we had our own shower supplies, these did not greatly affect our stay.

The hotel was located in a prime spot for exploring the area during Christmas. The nearby attractions such as Zingaro, San Vito Lo Capo, and Erice were perfect for day trips. the town itself was beautiful and worth exploring. The staff at the hotel were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We felt like we were at home away from home. The spacious and tastefully furnished rooms were a definite highlight, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

One drawback was the lack of a lift in the building, which was understandable given its age. However, the staff was helpful and assisted with carrying our luggage to our room on the higher floors.
